Service Description

Comprehensive physical therapy evaluation in your preferred setting to address musculoskeletal issues, ergonomic or postural concerns, pain and dysfunction. Includes treatment within the first visit, as well as an individualized home exercise program for you to maintain progress between visits. This concierge-type service allows regular access and communication to therapist between sessions via text or email. Following your initial evaluation, you and your therapist may decide an appropriate frequency based on your needs and your schedule, and dependent on your response to your activity or exercise program. You can schedule as few or as many sessions as you need within 30 days of your initial eval without the need for a physician referral*. Treatment sessions occur in your preferred setting, whether that's your home, office, or sports field! *Based on appropriateness, as determined by the evaluating therapist as well as guided by ongoing assessment and response to treatment.
