Day 14 - August 27, 2014
Today I went back to work. Too much to process through to talk about today.... a LOT of trying not to cry all day. Today was day one of the "new schedule". To say it's crazy is an understatement. But fortunately at the end of a very long, very exhausting (on so many levels) day, we witnessed LoLa's next big step. She was moved into a crib. It is now all up to her to regulate her body temperature.
This is a huge feat for a creature that only weighs 3 pounds and 11.5 ounces at 2 weeks old. She's got it in her though. Her blanket says so: Amazing Baby Powers.
